Protect a file like a link, and reissue a printed QR code without losing track of the old one.
Share a protected file, not just a link
Choose “A protected file” when you create a campaign. Upload a PDF, image, TXT or CSV and it is encrypted, checked and released only to people who pass your gate: a password, an emailed one-time code, an approved-recipient list, an expiry date or an access limit.

Rotate a QR code and keep its history
Editing a destination redirects every printed code. When you need a new code instead (a leak, a finished print run, a new batch) rotate it. Keep the old one, phase it out after a grace period, or stop it immediately.
- Every generation counts its own scans
- Scans of retired codes are counted too, so you know how much old print is still out there
- A rotation uses one unit of your monthly QR allowance

What is ITA.TO?
ITA.TO is a campaign workspace where you can create one destination and publish separately tracked short links and dynamic QR codes for email, web, social and print. Teams can collaborate with individual profiles and role-based access.

Can I change a link after sharing it?
Yes. You can update a short link’s destination from your dashboard. The same short URL continues to work with its new destination.
Are QR codes editable after they are printed?
Yes. ITA.TO QR codes point to a managed short link. When you change the link destination, the printed QR code can continue directing visitors to the updated page.
What analytics can I see?
Your workspace can view click and QR-scan activity, trends over time, device categories, referrers and available campaign-source information. Automated traffic is classified separately where detected.
